RxVance — Compounding Compliance & Regulatory Monitoring

I spent years doing analytical and quality work in GMP, GLP, and CLIA-regulated labs, authoring and enforcing the SOPs, CAPA programs, and cGMP records that regulated facilities are audited against, and preparing labs for FDA inspections. I bring that same discipline to the rules 503A compounding pharmacies have to follow.
My team and I monitor how state and FDA compliance and regulatory rules change, and how states adopt and enforce them differently. With rules shifting constantly across 50 states, DC, and the FDA, missing one can put a license at risk. We track what each state requires and enforces beyond the USP baseline, from the primary source.
It's free. The monthly report and critical alerts cost nothing to receive. Register with the states you operate in and ship into, and we send them to you.

What we monitor
Every month we monitor all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the federal level for both adopted rules and pending legislation affecting 503A compounding.
What you get, and how, at no cost
Two things, sent to your inbox, free.
Register once with the states you operate in or ship into. From then on, everything is scoped to those states, and it costs nothing to receive.
Monthly Compliance & Regulatory Report
Board of pharmacy meeting outcomes, regulatory decisions, new rules, enforcement actions, and proposed legislation across the states you follow. What happened, what it means, and the specific action your compliance team needs to take.
Critical Alerts, as they happen
Emergency rules, new laws, state and FDA enforcement actions, and approaching deadlines, delivered the same week they happen, so nothing lands on your team by surprise.
Every item is sourced from official state board and legislative websites, FDA records, and confirmed government documents, never secondary write-ups.

How the monitoring works
Primary sources only. Every item traces to a government primary source: a board's own rule, notice, agenda, or order, an FDA docket, the Federal Register, or a state bill. Where something can't be confirmed at the source, it's stated as unconfirmed rather than inferred.
Beyond the baseline. USP is where compounding standards start, not where they end. States adopt those standards on their own terms, each can modify them, add requirements, or enforce them differently, and layer on licensing, renewal, and inspection rules USP never covers. We track what each state actually requires, so a setup that's compliant in one state isn't assumed to be compliant everywhere.
Independent and free. RxVance doesn't endorse or refer suppliers, and there's no charge to receive the report or the alerts. It isn't legal advice.
